I completed my first on June 1st and my second on August 3rd. The road is rough but those who have suffered with UC know the pain; if we can handle that, we can pretty much handle anything. This surgery is truly life-saving and will give you back the freedom and energy that you so deserve. You will be amazed at all that you can do that you couldn't do just months before.
