Off to the Big Apple

I’m off for the week to New York. My wife and I will be riding in the “five boros” bike tour where they close down the streets of NYC and thousands of bikes take to the road. Am I bragging? Yes! But dammit, I’ve been through hell in the last year, so I wanted to let you know that in just a few short months after my final surgery I’ve been skiing, biking, hiking, walking, running, camping, snowshoeing, gardening, building houses and building websites.
Sure, I’m a little concerned about sharing a hotel room with 4 other people (I still get up on average 2-3 times a night) and some other things, but hey, you gotta live your life. So here’s to it, see you next week! Cheers.
