I have just been diagnosed with a twisted pouch and have been searching for someone, anyone, who has had the same and been happy after it was un-twisted. My un-twisting surgery is scheduled for July 17, 2009 at the Cleveland Clinic. I am very nervous about this one. I can not believe that I will be going back to a loop for 3 months and all the pain of a 4th abdominal surgery! How are you doing now that you are untwisted? Was it more painful then the surgeries the first time around? Its funny that you mentioned having accidents, I am having them more and more. I hope repairing the pouch has made your life easier.
