Lizz, I am so happy that I found your post! I have just been diagnosed with a twisted pouch and have been searching for someone, anyone, who has had the same and been happy after it was un-twisted. My un-twisting surgery is scheduled for July 17, 2009 at the Cleveland Clinic. I am very nervous about this one. I can not believe that I will be going back to a loop for 3 months and all the pain of a 4th abdominal surgery! How are you doing now that you are untwisted? Was it more painful then the surgeries the first time around? Its funny that you mentioned having accidents, I am having them more and more. I hope repairing the pouch has made your life easier. I need a little hope for my future with this pouch! Can't wait to hear from you...Sarah

Hi Lizz.
Uhm. Can you elaborate on "twisted J-Pouch"? I haven't heard of that before, and the mental image I'm having isn't that pleasant. How did that happen? Is it normal? I'll feel a bit better if you were doing gymnastics during a tornado and oops, there it twists. But if this was from something like a sneeze, I"m a tad worried.
