I recieved Remicade December 2010. Worked for 3 days then all of my UC came back strong. Surgery the 4th day. But while on Remicade, I had no bleeding, no rushing to the bathroom, and I could eat without throwing up. But I had a bad case! I hope every thing goes good.

HEY GUYS! I need some imput immediatly. Hss anyone had Dr. Tan at UF Shands or a positive experience with a surgeon they would reccomend? Also, anyone had positive effects of Remicade? My mom has UC for 30 years now and her meds are officially not working. She will try remicade and if it doesn't work, she'll move to surgery. ANy advice/ imput that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
